The residents of Lockleaze have come together to organise a new orchard for their community, on the side of the Concorde Way. Much of the land has been cleared but there is some work left to do before the trees can be planted!!

Community orchards don’t just support local fruit production for communities, but also support huge amounts of wildlife, flora and fauna. This group is turning a piece of completely unloved and underused land into something that is very beautiful and productive. Please come and get involved.

Sturdy footwear or wellies and gloves are essential!
