This winter the fruit trees provided by Almondsbury Garden Centre for Millennium Square are going to need their first good prune. This is to ensure that they become well shapen specimens but also that they fruit well, next year and in years to come!!

So with this in mind we are holding a fruit pruning workshop that will concentrate on apples and pears, on 21st January from 11am to 1pm.

There are limited spaces in this session as we want to ensure that everyone who comes along leaves confident in the knowledge that they have really learnt how to prune an apple tree and can take that knowledge away with them to use in the future.
