As you all know we are working very hard on our Urban Growing Trail for 2015, in collaboration with Grow Bristol and Bee the Change. The trail is starting to be very visible with the addition last weekend of a beautiful fruit garden outside St Mary Redcliffe Church and there is exciting news to come soon about a new space where we will be working to create a garden that showcases edibles, medicinal plants and plants for pollinators. Watch this space for firther news as well as how to get involved in that project!!
Over the summer we will be encouraging people to walk the trail from Temple Meads to Millennium Square as well as giving you the opportunity to walk the trail with members of the Incredible Edible Bristol team, who will talk you through the inspiration behind each space and why it has been planted as it has.
In the mean time if you want to walk the trail don’t forget we have an app designed to help you do just that!! Available at ediblebristol.org.uk/app, all you have to do is press allow when it asks you to let it use your location and you will be navigated to the nearest bed depending on where on the trail you are. So go on and get involved………
