The Edible Bristol Growing Your Allotment Workshop

Whether you’re a new allotment holder or want more confidence to grow more on your plot, or if you just don’t know where to start, our growing your allotment workshop will give you a whole host of information and guidance to support a successful allotment space.

From soil, to seasonal growing and planting, and how to attract pollinators to your allotment or food growing space, we’ll arm you with all the information you need and have a really fun day whilst we’re doing it.

All the methods and information we teach are nature friendly, pesticide free and good for people and the planet.

Incredible Edible Bristol Learning Zone Work Party

On Saturday 15th December we will be working at our new Incredible Edible Bristol Learning Zone at Speedwell Allotments.
This will be a physical but very rewarding work party between 11am and 3pm, and as always you don’t have to come for the whole time. We’re getting our new allotment ready for it’s first growing season! To do this we need to move a big pile of compost from the allotment path onto some cardboard prepared areas. We’ll have lots of fun, tea and biscuits and you will be part of creating a space for a positive future in Bristol.
